如何瘦大腿?(已爬過文) - 減肥

以前(約4年前)做重量訓練加上喝高蛋白飲品的關係(約2個月)~
把大腿練得很粗(我用皮尺量過胯下附近的腿圍約56cm)
造成現在很多褲子都沒辦法穿~
爬過板上的文~
很多都說不繼續運動肌肉自然就會消~
近3年來我已經很少在運動也沒有在重訓~
但是為何腿的肌肉卻沒有消下來(也沒有變粗)~
也許會有人說已經變成脂肪了~
但是我腿在用力的時候幾乎還是和以前一樣結實~
可能是大腿的脂肪率變高(肌肉間摻雜的脂肪變多)
置底文說沒有辦法讓局部減肥~
想請問是有包括減肌肉嗎?(也許不應該說減肌肉而是改變肌肉型態)
如果做有氧運動的話(慢跑)
會不會違反"不繼續運動肌肉自然就會消"的rule~
還是肌肉型態就會因此而改變~
變得不這麼大塊阿?
根據以上所述~
我主要是希望能將大腿瘦下來~
不管是要什麼都不做,還是要有氧運動或者有其他看法!
希望各位能給我一些意見或經驗談~
PS.我四年前的體重跟現在的體重一樣都是75KG 身高是174CM
但是體能差很多(四年前5km/25min 現在5km/30min)
