如題~~
小弟體重67KG 以練健力為主
之前增重到69KG 發現腰帶超緊 肚子變大?
力量雖然有提升一點 但是感覺脂肪也增加不少
不太想當健力阿肥 想要增重時盡可能多增加肌肉...
除了盡量吃原型食物之外 還有什麼要注意的呢
