是這樣的,原PO一個禮拜大概有2~3天會自己帶便當
通常都是看家裡煮什麼就帶什麻,有時候一兩樣青菜+一點肉
由於長期坐辦公室的關係,少部分時間會去倉庫走動~
加上我很愛喝咖啡或豆漿,有時候下午可以喝掉一瓶豆漿或咖啡來解餓
一直走動情況下下午就會餓得快= =
我想問的是,如果我把中餐的量挪一點到下午吃,大概4點前解決
請問這樣會比一次吃完來得好嗎????
