我覺得體適能跟健身版真的很奇怪
一定都要往極端方向去想,我說要纖細,就在那邊扯什麼肌少症
好像不重訓就準備未來下垂鬆弛肌少樣樣來
好像都沒有中間值一樣
我告訴你我纖細的標準是啥,就只是普通在瘦一點即可

只是說纖細上綱到纖細到肌少症,山難什麼的都出來了
雖然科技進步 文明病越來越多
但你真的看到有多少青壯年真的肌少到連路都走不上的有多少人啊?
