今天如果我只是單純要纖細? 根本不必重訓吧???
舉個例子
我今天要大腿纖細,大腿的維度組成不就是脂肪+肌肉?
而眾所周知沒有局部減脂這種事
因此我專練腿也沒辦法減少腿部腿部,反而會增加大腿肌肉
在這樣的情況下
如果我只是要纖細的前提下,根本就不應該去練腿不是嗎?
我這樣的想法有盲點嗎?
不要跟我說健康啊 復胖什麼的
我今天的前提只有要該部位纖細
