已經運動快ㄧ個月了
每天健身房報道
走20分跑30分(連續不間斷)
速度大概是走路7
跑步每五分鐘加0.2從8.5開始
但是我ㄧ天大概只攝取1000卡
我75公斤 170公分 體脂23.9
基代應該有1500以上
目前算是有瘦
但我如果正常吃3餐會胖回來嗎?
