如果晚餐改吃水果可以嗎? - 美體

我是女生,26歲,目前身高163公分,體重59.3公斤。
我自己平常的飲食習慣是
早餐:培根蛋吐司(或麥香雞蛋吐司)+冰可可(或冰奶茶)
(因為早餐是我的動力來源,我超愛吃早餐,要我只吃水果或沙拉不可能 = =|||)
中餐;三菜一主菜便當一個,不禁口,有時是雞排,有時是燒臘。
(其實早餐大約都在九點多吃,到中餐時間還不餓。
不過為了想跟閃光一起吃飯,通常都還是會吃。 <--其實自己也嘴饞啦!
所以常常中午就蠻撐的,到晚上七八點都還不會餓。)
如果是這種情況,晚餐改吃水果ok嗎? (因為早中餐吸收的熱量已經夠多了)
例如外面車子賣的橢圓形大西瓜(約切成1/4)的一半?
(我個人很不喜歡蘋果之類的水果,雖然那些對減肥比較有效...但我吃多會噁心~
而且目前西瓜對我而言是最好取得的水果,也是我較願意當餐一直吃長久的水果。)
若在配上每天騎X-bike約30分-60分鐘 + 時速約30 + 阻力3
這樣有機會瘦嘛?
