在半年前好不容易慢慢養成運動的好習慣
結果卻中獎了...目前26周
開心是開心,但整個運動習慣卻被打亂了
前3個月孕吐虛弱,連下床都有問題
3個月後不吐了,開始亂吃= =
所以從16周46.2公斤到今天26周52.5公斤 >"<
孕前應該是44公斤
就再昨天產檢的時後被告之要好好控制,胖的太多又太快
(目前寶寶858克,看來胖的全是我....)
護士要我少吃澱粉跟甜食,說我整個孕期最好胖15公斤就好
甜食我會盡量克制,但....澱粉我控制不了阿!!!!
之前看體適能版就知道澱粉是無辜的
有人可以幫我這個苦惱的孕婦設計菜單嗎???
我是孕婦,所以標題不能打減肥...
我也不想減肥,只想要讓體重緩慢上升不要突然的暴增^^"
目前算是上班族,8點上班,晚上7點下班,只是工作地方離家很近,我都在家吃
8點前-早餐外食(我買不到饅頭夾蛋...,老實說我真的不知道要吃什麼好)
12點 -午餐是婆婆準備的,大部分是3樣配菜
一定有一道是青菜,第二道有時是魚有時是肉,有時2樣都有
第3道是荷包蛋或客家小炒
5點半-晚餐也是吃婆婆煮的
大部分同午餐,有時換成炒米粉或水餃
工作內容就是很簡單的文書處理
喝水量大約1500CC
早上約7點~7點10分起床
晚上想睡就睡了= =(最早曾經9點半,最晚11點半)
我承認在我PO文之前,我是零食不離手,
一下吃牛扎糖,一下吃七七乳加,一下吃新貴派,一下又吃手工餅乾....
吃的都是不太營養的東西,也因此我正餐吃的比零食少>"<
在PO文的當下,我才開始有注意到自己的飲食是多麼不健康
有人可以幫幫我嗎???
不然我的體重可能會超越我的極限Orz..
