基本上我運動時間都會集中在下午包含重訓
除了三餐以外
下午運動完約四點多還會吃點東西
例如水煮蛋或泡奶粉或便利商店三角壽司 份量不會很多約200多卡
所以到了晚餐六點的時候其實就不會吃很多
這麼一來晚上十點還要吃點東西才行
剛好就少量多餐
只是晚上十點就不曉得要吃什麼比較好
蛋的話一天已經吃很多了
牛奶的話液體的容易爬起來上廁所
三角壽司的話睡前吃精製澱粉好像也不太好
只剩下麥片這種粗食可以吃了
除了麥片以外還有啥推薦的???

1、 固定上班時間,做三休三,需日夜輪班,可以打屁聊天,沒有加班,不會on call
2、 基本12個小時,全年無休,假日也要來,禁止打混摸魚,常常加班,隨時on call
