最近因為比較高頻率的訓練
導致下背及後腰部有肌肉非常緊繃的症狀
彎腰也會有點吃力
就算運動後花比較多時間伸展或滾筒按壓
改善也很有限
想請問大家有沒有台南市區比較推薦的運動按摩或徒手物理治療
