板上巨巨,哥哥姐姐們大家好
小弟最近希望把背的線條練的更明顯一點
目標是戶愚呂那樣的鬼背,不知道真實人類是否能練成這樣

這是小弟目前的背,爛的要死

目前個人資料為183/85,體脂大概14上下
背的動作有引體向上,槓鈴划船,高位下拉,直臂下壓等,不知道是否要加入機械式的動
作會更好刁線條?
