小腿練大請益 - 健身

健身快三個月加上打棒球半年多,一周一次有氧慢跑加上每週兩次練腿,最近每週都練跳箱增強爆發跟跳躍力,小腿只有變得結實,粗度還是跟原來差不多
上禮拜被巡場教練說小腿太細,導致會讓其他肌肉代償,我已經很認真練腿了,仍然被一句「基因問題」給擊敗
我看過很多運動員(有需要動到腿的),小腿都很粗,不管是職業還是業餘都有一定粗度
最近進健身房有在拿啞鈴或六角槓蹬腳尖,沒什麼感受度,舉例來說打棒球跟跳箱都需要腿的爆發,每次練完或是途中小腿就特別容易痠,可是也沒看到什麼進步
請問有沒有同樣困擾的健友能夠分享一下?雖然才快三個月的健齡,但可以感受到全身都有明顯的進步,力量也變大,唯獨小腿還是沒怎麼進步,基因真的是無法改變嗎?
