目前體重: 41.5 ~ 42
體脂肪: 13 ~ 14.5
年齡: 22
三餐內容
早餐:桂格大燕麥泡牛奶還有馬玉山沖泡包 or 起司蛋吐司(或饅頭)+家裡做的無糖豆漿
有時候在家裡會吃媽媽做的水煎包1~2顆+無糖豆漿
午餐:一般飯碗的麵兩碗or一般便當(白飯一碗+肉一份+2~3份蔬菜)
晚餐:跟午餐差不多,有時候會忍不住吃兩碗飯 >"<
偶爾會偷吃宵夜和偷喝飲料~
日常作息時間 :
之前作息不太好 從國小到大四現在都還有出現月經不順問題
為了調養身體吃了半年多的中藥改善(醫生說可能有一點多囊性卵巢的跡象)
現在都會盡量在11點半前睡(最晚12點半),七、八點起床
生活型態:要畢業的大四生
運動方式:
剛開始運動是為了要減肥(47kg時臉有點腫),還有調養身體,順便讓痘痘代謝好一點
從大二升大三暑假開始每天跑小學操場,從一開始2000M到後來可以連續跑到6000M
不過因為那時沒注意傷到膝蓋,休息了好一陣子,之後仍會維持每周至少3天運動習慣
考完研究所後到現在,每周會去固定去健身房跑跑步機四~五天
平均每天會快走1000M+慢跑5000~6000M,之前還挑戰了10000M

我在很多人眼中真的很瘦,上半身我自己也覺得太瘦了(有在慢慢重訓ing)
但是下半身的比例和線條我還是覺得很奇怪

小腿的形狀是那種很沒有運動肥肉肉,缺乏運動的線條感 :(
還有可能是走路施力的關係,我的左小腿比右小腿粗許多,現在每天都很注意走路方式
但是不勻稱的腿型讓我非常害怕夏天的來臨 Q Q
覺得自己還算努力運動了,卻沒有健身房其他女孩們那種肌肉的美麗曲線
想請問我該怎麼做才好呢???而且我也不希望體重再往下降,感覺很不健康:(
請問我應該去作一些腿部的重訓嗎?!該針對那些部位加強做訓練呢?!
還有應該要怎麼樣才能使兩個小腿長一樣阿
以上是我的困擾
