基本資料
性別:男
年齡:26
身高:166
體重:67
早餐:早餐店豆漿+三明治
午餐:睡覺中(空)
晚餐:潤餅、麵線、鹹酥雞50元以內(一個月約買2~3次)
自助餐(50~65元)、炒麵(飯)、豆腐鍋、火鍋
自己水煮兩樣青菜搭一種肉 以上會擇一來當晚餐
宵夜:牛奶一瓶+普通大小麵包一塊
一年前曾經靠運動半年瘦下10公斤
後來碰到冬天太冷沒出去跑
最近打算體重在年底達到50
但剛好碰到四二輪OP夜班工作
生活是日夜顛倒
睡眠算充足(上班一天睡8小,休假睡到10小)
運動量身體比較無法負荷去年一次跑完7-8KM
所以是採取
上班日 下班晨跑3KM再吃早餐、傍晚睡醒慢跑3KM再用餐
上班是踩腳踏車到公司來回共90分鐘(約20-24km)
放假日是傍晚跑4-5KM,夜跑3KM
以上一個禮拜有5-6天都遵循
從這個月22號開始運動~不曉得有沒有機會年底達成目標呢
運動量不曉得是否足夠的
關於三餐和運動
還請版友們給予指導一下
