大家會這樣嗎?
我覺得我好像有點明顯
就是到了經期快來的前兩三天運動都很無力
本來可以一口氣跑個40~50分沒有問題
最近幾天都跑30分不到就肚子開始有點痠痛跑不動了
而且不論怎麼睡都覺得累Q__Q
然後就改成多花點時間在重訓(但是也重訓得有點無力> <)
有人跟我一樣嗎?
偏偏經前胃口特別大阿 =口=
