問題一:吃飯如果要持續站20~30分鐘的話
那我吃了水果依然也要像正餐一樣站30分鐘嗎
問題二:爬文看到運動完可以攝取碳水化合物 ,剛運動完吃西瓜OK嗎
我爸買了很多西瓜不吃可惜.......但是西瓜的糖分很高........
不過我是早上吃喔!
問題三:還有吃飯如果要持續20~30分鐘的話
那還在飲食的期間〈坐著吃〉肚子裡的食物不就會囤積小腹
或者是要站著吃......
