減肥了大概快一個月
我早餐跟午餐都吃的不太油膩
早餐都吃沖泡穀物包加大燕麥片
偶爾會在加上起士蛋餅一份
中午大多就五穀飯配自助餐(青菜為主)
晚上會吃SUBWAY或生菜沙拉加無糖豆漿或跟中餐一樣
一個禮拜也大多有五天會踏步機40分鐘或是慢跑
但我苦惱的是
每次一到晚上或是中餐過後
就覺得好嘴殘好想吃零食
明明就不餓了但還是想吃
通常都會吃奶酥餅乾之內的五六片(大約就250卡了)
或是巧克力兩三塊(將近100卡)
通常都是晚上九點多十點運動
但是在晚餐或中餐過後整個就很嘴饞
想請問大家都是如何克服這種想吃零食的慾望呢?
可以不喝含糖飲料不吃炸物的但零食真的好難戒阿 ><
想再請問一下
如果每天吃一點零食
但把熱量控制在每日可攝取的熱量中
這樣還是會胖嗎?
雖然很不營養 ˊˋ
