最近開始在吃special K,一天1~2餐,早+晚 or 晚。
但是我有一個很怪的習慣,晚餐還是希望可以吃到一點鹹的東西,
目前想倒是可以再喝點熱湯,
學校附近能買到的湯,不外乎餛飩湯、丸子類(ex.貢丸、脆丸...)的湯、青菜豆腐湯...
至於玉米濃湯跟酸辣湯就暫時沒考慮了,感覺就熱量偏高,
板上的各位,可以幫我看看,哪種湯是比較適合的嘛?
或是,針對想吃點鹹的這點,有更好的建議?
