減肥運動實施一個月...體重卻只下降1KG.. - 美體

身高:163
體重:68~70
BMI: 26
體脂率:34.5
三餐內容
早餐:睡過頭就不吃,或吃一般中式早餐,如饅頭或蛋餅一份
午餐:多為便當或自家煮食,但份量相同
晚餐:自家煮食,有改變為五穀糙米飯半碗+較為低卡低油之食蔬,
其他:有看書喝蔬菜湯,或看電視上報導的低卡低油料理,很注意營養的攝取,
如蛋白質,或維生素...
日常作息時間:睡眠不正常,有時到天亮才睡,睡到約中午,或睡眠時間分段,晚上2~3
小時,下午2~3小時不等..
生活型態:在家上班
運動型態:每週3~4次,騎健身車約60分鐘+伏力挺身(跪姿)30下+仰臥起坐30下,
問題陳述:
進行上述減肥模式約一個月了,飲食方面量沒減但大都為健康低卡的料理,運動訓練
有算積極,原先只有騎健身車,但發現只有下半身結實,但腹部以上為鬆垮,所以加上
伏力挺身(跪姿)30下+仰臥起坐30下[約一週],但是發現體重沒變化,都在68~70附近,
早上未進食為68.3,晚上約69.5,可是腿部的肌肉變硬,腹部和手臂內層的肌肉有變硬,
但外層的脂肪還是可以捏為一層軟軟的肉。
目前的成效只有腰部的線條較為緊實,腿部的肉變硬,很擔心是不是我的方式錯誤,
我希望可以在10月份前減到60kg,需減肥約10kg,包括手臂和腰腹的線條要美觀,
有辦法達成嗎...
請各位給點指教,拜託了~~~
