請問我是油脂攝取太少嗎?? - 美體

有一點點害羞
不過我最近深受便秘的困擾
但實在想不出來我的問題出在哪 可以怎麼改善
所以來版上請教大家
先說一下我的生活狀況:
1.飲食:我吃五辛素,簡而言之就是不吃肉
早餐─亞麻仁十穀奶or黑豆漿or拿鐵,有時候會吃紅豆薏仁加牛奶
午餐─有煮的話就是三樣青菜跟十穀飯 沒有煮的話常吃雜糧土司+蒸地瓜or生菜沙拉
點心─芭樂or鳳梨or蘋果or桃子等水果一小盒,不然就是香蕉一根
晚餐─有煮的話三樣青菜配十榖飯 外出的話有時候吃傻瓜乾麵配燙青菜
有飯局的話大多是蔬菜義大利麵or蔬菜pizza
2.水分攝取:每天約2000cc
3.運動:每週瑜珈1次 2~3次大安森林公園快走,每次2小時
請問一下我是油分攝取不足嗎??
有點不理解我吃了這麼多高纖的東西為什麼還會便秘>"<
最近真的上不太出來
肚子滿滿的很脹很不舒服
不過還好上的時候不至於流血或是用力磨擦的感覺
不知道大家對於感善便秘有什麼建議嗎??
Ps. 剛做了無糖優格明天吃了看看有沒有改善
