想請教一下各位巨巨
少次數大重量VS多次數小重量的問題
少次數(一組5下左右)大重量為主
多次數(一組10下左右)小重量為主
171CM 65KG 一下的數據是(臥推85KG 深蹲130KG 硬舉140KG)
之前都是以練力量為主 少次數(一組5下左右)
畢竟現在還算弱弱的 還趕快增加力量
前陣子看到一位巨巨 肌肉明顯比我大
但是他重量做的比我輕 次數大概10下
他是所謂的多次數小重量嗎?
我這幾天觀察他很久了 他都是做比較輕次數多
想請問各位巨巨 像我這種成長期
應該繼續練力量為主嗎?
還是要交替 偶而降重量練多次數?
