想請教各位版友
在「攝取一樣總熱量」的情況下
是少量多餐比較好?(提升代謝率、胰島素波動)
還是維持胰島素平穩、間歇斷食比較好?(胰島素降低、生糖素升高、燃脂)
感覺兩個流派都有人支持

附上查到的資料,少量多餐提升代謝率是錯誤觀念。
「法國衛生醫學研究院的科學家檢視大量文獻,針對許多研究的內容,比較各種飲食型態之
間的差異,從一天一餐到十七餐都有。
他們發現少量多餐吃個不停跟一天好好的大吃一餐,兩者沒有顯著差異。餐量少帶來的是小
而短暫的代謝提升,而餐量大則會引起長而大的代謝高峰。因此將一天因消化而燃燒的熱量
加總起來,飲食型態並不會帶來明顯差異。」

另外一餐只能攝取20~30克蛋白質,也是錯誤觀念。
