三餐內容
早餐:全麥吐司或饅頭夾苜蓿芽、番茄(完全不加醬)
馬玉山沖泡包+些許麥片
午餐:有時無糖高纖豆漿+御飯糰
或是牛奶+麥片/全麥吐司
或是饅頭+生菜+雞肉(不加醬)
或是蔬菜捲+地瓜
晚餐:關東煮的高麗菜+冬粉+紅蘿蔔(過水)
或是蔬菜水果麵(內涵蛋、大量蔬菜、小團麵、水果)
其他:通常就是不油膩的東西(已經習慣了),但我外食
偶而會聚餐
游泳前會吃亞麻仁蕎麥養生餅一包
日常作息時間:大四實習趕作業都很晚睡常熬夜
生活型態:學生
減肥方式:每周至少游泳三次,一次一小時不間斷
周四固定跳有氧班(1HR)+肚皮舞班(1HR) 連續上 ->不過這上周才開始
極少坐電梯 再趕也爬樓梯
一周一小時瑜珈課
每天洗澡會深蹲+抬後腿(約15分)
未來計畫每周至少兩次重訓(1HR)->已排好時間了
問題陳述:
不知道是不是體重機的問題,上週去康是美量她說我過瘦= =
但看起來完全不像,我覺得我屁股大腿超胖,是大又下垂型的
穿泳衣會跑出來哪種
我上半身是S 下半身應該有L或XL吧(現在應該是L 有小一點點)
我覺得應該是脂肪太多...有點苦惱= = 所以想說之後要做重訓增加肌肉!
我其實很想早睡 但是實在是無法..作業太重了!
但晚睡就會想吃東西,不吃東西實在無法繼續做事@@ 我通常都會在六七點去游泳
游完後買蔬菜冬粉吃 或是回來泡無脂牛奶+一點燕麥喝
但之後還是會餓有時會就會吃統一小麥胚芽餅 (我爸寄超多= =)
有時做事做到很煩就會多吃好幾片
我在想是不是因為宵夜吃太多所以才瘦不下?
有建議什麼可以吃又不太發胖的嗎?(外食可取得)
但我記得學期初的時候我48~50 現在體重有掉但屁股大腿還是很胖!!
請問我該多增加什麼訓練? 或是飲食要再怎麼調整呢?
PS .我從小屁股就很大 但我想至少瘦到和上半身成比例 不然很怪= =
