原PO 30yrs
年輕時 下半身一直都是偏瘦 胖上半身那種
只要走路 下半身就會瘦下來
但現在 只要躺在床上一兩天 我就馬上變得虎背熊腰
剛剛穿上裙子 原本鬆鬆的腰臀裙子部分 變得好緊
這是正常的嗎??
通常這樣 我就要花一星期 每天上健身房把身材練回來> <~
屁股 手臂 大腿 現在也太容易變粗了吧!
