但我很想知道每天運動的人,要再多補充什麼食品
綜合維他命?還是???
想知道一般人有另外吃什麼
較能幫助身體代謝等等的食品?
如果真的沒有,或不需要補充,也可推文告訴我!感謝!
(減肥食品就不用了= =什麼x黃果、甲x素這類的- -)
