想說將近2個禮拜都沒理放在房間角落的X-BIKE
於是這兩天乖乖地做完暖身操就開始騎
轉速3 30公里 時速35~42 時間是看完一集PPS的康熙
然後拉個筋 洗個澡 上個網
通常運動與睡眠時間距離1.5~2個小時
可是...我這兩天都很準時的4點半地驚醒
而且異常的.....精神奕奕...
我想問的事...這樣的情形 "安捏肝厚?"
PS:以前"運動"的時候也有一段時間是這樣子...4~5點就起床了...
不單單只是騎腳踏車 像是睡前做個30下的仰臥起坐 也會有這種情形...
