左右腿粗細差太多改游泳有幫助嗎? - 美體

165/55 (體脂太久沒量了QQ)
一直以來運動都是跑步
(不過沒有長期維持.工作很忙時就會中斷 ..慚愧...)
速度不快 體力也不好 大概就是30分鐘3km
然後會做拉筋(運動前後都會)
最近因為報名了101登高賽 所以也很常練習爬樓梯
(順便請教20樓練習時爬4分鐘 還可以嗎?)
不過我的雙腿左右小腿長期以來其實都不太一樣粗
我是慣用右腿 所以需要用力的 通常右腿都比較自發性的出力
我跑步時跟爬樓梯時會想起來這件事
只能靠意志去讓左腿也多出點力
但是很快就忽略了= =
每次運動完 右腿就腫脹的厲害
就算拉筋 抬腿
右腿還是很酸痛 左腿就頂多正常痠痛而已還好
所以想請問 如果我的運動改成游泳
會不會比較好一點???
(我會蛙式跟自由式)

應該還滿明顯的吧 右小腿(也就是照片的左邊那條XD)
從腳踝開始 就是比較粗
