很多人在便秘的時候,覺得怎麼吃好像都沒效
吃菜吃水果喝溫食鹽水喝牛奶blablabla...
感覺促進蠕動的地方頂多只止於胃到小腸這段,大腸依舊聞風不動 囧
我們家幾乎都是燥性體質,常喝水天天吃水果,還是容易嘴破便秘orz
這時就要出動我家的法寶:老人專用拍打棒
這是老街常在賣的木製品,一個握柄,柄外有好幾根小細木,

握柄 無數根細木
拍打腰部&屁屁,十分鐘,利用「你不動,我幫你動」的通腸原理,
屁屁跟腰都熱了,再十分鐘,人就在馬桶上了 囧>
人不在家沒有拍打棒怎麼辦?用手。捶捶腰部跟屁屁、脊椎,十分鐘就差不多囉~
在捶完後,全身放鬆、屁股痠痠紅紅的狀態下,便意等等就來報到了。
雖然傳授這個很糗,但希望給長年便秘者一線希望。報告完畢~
