我158cm 體重58
目標是48 還有10公斤
想說在寒假結束前(大概還有三禮拜) 瘦到54或者55
現在每天都只吃ㄧ個便當= =
蔬菜三樣量滿多的 飯量就一碗
一塊滷的肉 一顆滷蛋 一天就只吃這樣 (這樣一個便當 大概1000卡以內吧)
一天會喝三千cc的水
我想說兩天就踏一次踏步機 沒踏踏步機的時候就去跑步
我想問說 要在三禮拜內瘦到54.55 踏步機大概一次要採多久(我好像一小時可以採
1200~1500下) 跑步大概要跑多久 一圈400公尺來算的話

因為壓力很大 所以想趕快減下來 不然一直被逼 我好痛苦! ><
