量完害我整個人崩潰了= =
我跳了一學期的有氧課程
每周大概4小時
其餘時間跑跑步打球之類的
體脂率從31%==>26.3%
但是體重都沒有什麼變化
應該是我自己飲食都沒在控制....
這個暑假....加油!!!
我會在高應大跑步 可以一起跑喔~~
