我最近這一年半
作息時間是大約中午起床 凌晨4.5.6點睡
幾乎每天都是吃午餐晚餐跟宵夜 (三餐)
沒在做運動
然後體重像吹氣球一樣 平均一個月胖一公斤
這樣好像很不正常...
可是我一樣是吃三餐啊
請問有什麼辦法可以不要在繼續胖下去嗎 囧?
