康是美每年都會辦這個減重比賽
這次還跟7-1配合推出一些輕熱量食品
不過阿~
看到7-11冰櫃上的標示
我不禁要搖搖頭
怎麼這麼不專業呢?

上面寫康是美營養師建議 女生一日攝取1200大卡
等等!! 1200大卡?
這不是最 最 最 基本的每日基礎代謝量嗎?
也就是說
1200大卡只有包括你身體心跳 呼吸 腸胃乳動等等所消耗的熱量
並沒有包括你出門 走路 上下樓梯 洗澡 等等日常生活動作所需的熱量
所以低於1200大卡對身體是有危險的
記得一般正常攝取量女生是2000~2200左右
如果減重的話通常建議降低至1600~1800左右
千千萬萬不能低於1200
但是這個"不專業"的康是美
竟然說1200才是建議量
爬了文半天 好像也沒有人提出這個錯誤討論
我的天阿~ 難道是我記錯了嗎?
