今天去康是美量體脂
結果指數如下:
年齡:24
身高:163
體重:54
體脂:29.9% !!!
內臟脂肪:3
基礎代謝:1197
量完簡直是晴天霹靂!!!體脂好高基代好低.......
因為原po本身跳鄭多燕已經持續了半年多,幾乎每天都跳
從一開始不懂要有氧無氧交替跳到現在有交換著跳
身形也從泡芙人變成較為窈窕一點,大腿變得比較緊實屁股也變小,腰小1.5吋
總之都明顯感受到我身形變了,雖然體重都完全沒有變(半年前好像是55)
請問是我減重的方法錯誤嗎??
我鄭多燕是一天有氧一天無氧,順便穿插啞鈴,每週平均跳5天
我看板上很多人跳了都會瘦到體重,但我體重都沒變體脂還這麼高是怎麼回事阿T___T
會跟胸部脂肪有關嗎?我胸部目前是34E
我朋友看起來外型比我重,可是她體脂肪只有23%...
會是康是美的體脂計不準嗎?
還是我減肥方式有問題呢?
關於吃的部份,會盡量避開油炸食物,也不太吃零食跟甜食,飲料蠻少喝
一天兩餐,一餐想吃什麼就吃什麼,像是雞肉飯+燙青菜
另一餐就是吃少點但秉持著不會讓自己餓肚子...
希望版上各位能給我一些建議阿><看到底哪裡出問題了....
