引體向上做數次後手臂先酸就停了嗎 - 健身

如題
現在還在用彈力帶輔助引體向上中
不過彈力帶做了6-7下之後前臂就開始覺得酸軟沒力
但是背肌覺得好像還沒訓練夠
請問此時應該要先停止 避免代償嗎
等休息後再開始下一組嗎?
不知道這樣觀念是不是對的 有請指教 謝謝
