引體向上怎麼這麼難啊 - 健身

練了很久一直卡在8~9下 三組的程度
其實卡關倒不是問題
問題時每次做這個動作心裡都覺得壓力很大
常常56下就覺得快沒力了 到最後得用ㄍㄧㄥ的
而且做完很疲勞
照定義這個應該叫8rm 應該不是很吃力的重量才對
同樣情形肩推5rm雖然最後也推不動
卻不會有這麼大的心理負擔
引體向上是很吃神經嗎? 不知道為何感覺疲勞度比其他的練習還高蠻多的
(當然也可能是因為其他項目練得比較輕)
