跑步已經維持了很長一段時間了
差不多是每天5~6公里
但因為是跑跑步機(台北天氣太不穩定了冏)
現在每次要去跑都覺得很沒動力 有點無聊XD
最近發現如果可以邊跑邊看某些MV就會超有動力
例如
SNSD的每一首 (美腿!!) 超激勵人心 邊跑邊幻想有天也可以擁有這樣的腿
Christina Aguilera的dirty或express 節奏很快且mv也很火辣
因此想請問版友們有沒有特別推薦那些MV適合跑步時看呢?
