這陣子胖了超多..
已經從47飆到53
後來又開始減肥減了好一陣子 減到51左右....
又繼續減就停滯了 在50.4就減不下去了..
不誇張 因為一直停在50.4 我就很想要看到4開頭
所以很努力減 早餐一.三.五吐司+蛋 or 蛋餅(不喝飲料) 二.四.六 只喝優若乳
中餐 吃ㄧ包水果+燙青菜 偶爾吃個米粉
晚餐 只喝麥片(而且只有一半) 我承認我很想趕快離開停滯期
所以對自己身體有點殘忍..
每週 二.四 都去跳有氧舞蹈一個小時 有空就去跑步
跟以前一樣不騎機車了 改走路
但體重他就一直停在50.4 ~51 沒往下掉 老實說 真的快崩潰了
我知道50.4已經算很正常 可是用這個方法我已經用了快三週 他連0.1公斤都沒掉
每天都為了穿上之前的衣服 每天都希望在瘦一點 都要忍受餓肚子
最重要是我都胖下半身...上半身很瘦 下半身= =....
每次站上體重計他就是停在那裡 一動也不動
就受不了了....今天整個狂吃
早餐吃漢堡+大杯奶茶 中餐吃便當又吃滷味 晚餐吃便當+麵包+一半品客
明明就不餓 但又覺得賭氣 覺得心情很糟 很後悔剛剛跑去催吐...
到底要怎麼過這個停滯期阿?覺得好煩...
