最近每個禮拜都有慢跑
每次30分鐘
一個禮拜3次以上
今天剛好可以到健身房跑
有測心跳
發現我跑的時候心跳沒有超過130
大概127-129左右
而且我跑完都不會喘
但是汗流的超多
這樣心跳沒有達到130會不會沒辦法瘦呢
