本來都秉持著"一定要跑才會瘦"的理念在跑步
最近看了這個連結

開始快走了
我家社區是山坡地,真的是很陡的坡
(不太敢把圖po出來,不然被認出來每天在那很認真的跑步就是我= =")
老實說要一直維持"跑步"真的好累
所以我開始快走一小時了
(考完學測後,我決定運動的基本時數是一小時)
可是又有點擔心,所以恢復成以前的"快走+跑步"
這樣子會不會造成什麼影響阿?
快走是要走到時速8km才有效果吧?(我沒看錯的話)
可是快走了一陣子速度就會變慢耶
真是困擾,所以該加跑步嗎????
