快走一週瘦腿 - 美體

原po本來是慢跑的,每週至少三次跑雄中10圈,無奈膝蓋跑到有點不舒服,
只好改成快走~ 結果沒想到快走汗飆得比慢跑多,走完也覺得比跑步累,
於是上週天天走,我的腿竟然可以在一週內變細而且結實(是沒有很多啦
不過至少是肉眼可見的程度,不是心理作用),所以跑來po文章了
至於心跳,我覺得我有跳到130,因為沒有比跑步慢~(我下次來試一下邊走
邊量脈搏)
身高體重:160/48
地點:雄中操場(應該是400m?)
時間:每日晚間,原po通常六點多下班,回家後換衣服卸妝,到雄中約7:00,暖身
後持續快走50分鐘,拉筋按摩10分鐘,喝水,回家,洗澡,喝水,吃點東西,睡
前抬腳20分鐘
動機:勻稱健康
飲食:不太忌食 吃正餐的時候後考慮一下熱量(有時忍不住還是吃了),絕對不
讓自己餓到,晚上就盡量吃熱量低的東西
配樂:東京事變「娛樂」專輯中的"金魚の箱"一曲
找不到它有MV,給大家聽一下bass的cover

聽歌快走是可以讓自己保持同一種速度走路的好方法~ 我在快走的時候有
刻意讓自己的大腿也有被拉到的感覺,邁開來走就對了 如果想要更上一層樓,就
去找更快一點的歌XD 走了一個禮拜,屁股兩側瘦得最明顯,臀部也有上提,不過
大腿內側及臀部和大腿連接處還軟軟肉肉的,希望再走一個禮拜看看可不可以多少
代謝掉這兩個地方的脂肪,有瘦的話下週再來po心得:D
