快走的問題 - 美體

目前每天都在跑步
跑400m休息200m 30min 效果蠻不錯的
結果前天右邊膝蓋爆了 不過那個以前的舊傷
我現在是盡量先讓膝蓋休息
所以今天改用快走的 50min
膝蓋是不會痛 可是我懷疑心跳有到130嗎?
我不過走多快都不會有喘的感覺 頂多流流汗
不會喘 心跳有超過130嗎?
