快走的強度? - 健身

本身幾乎沒運動習慣,
最近胖了快8kg想運動健身
體重超過75kg怕傷膝蓋,選擇快走
快走了一週(5次),
走操場,30分約3.3公里,
很努力地想保持速度不過好像沒法再快了
說話會有點喘,身體會有點發熱
不過心跳仍然感覺蠻平靜,好像沒什麼明顯加快
走了5天只有覺得小腿好酸
相較下,非常慢地的小跑不到100公尺,
就很明顯感覺到心跳有加速
想請問大家,保持這樣的心跳的快走會有效果嗎?
還是改成跑一圈走一圈會比較好呢??
