我以前也是有便秘的情形,不過現在改善很多了喔
第一,每天起床一定空腹先喝一杯溫熱的開水(甚至兩杯)
我覺得溫熱的開水很有效,有時候過兩三分鐘甚至是馬上就會有便意了
第二,我現在早上都吃地瓜,早上喝溫開水可以讓我有便意
而地瓜竟然讓以前一直便秘的我,到了下午四五點的時候,也會上起廁所
我都連皮吃,之前是買路邊再賣的有機蔬果早餐,那種有賣一包或是一盒地瓜
可是常常吃到冰的,懷疑都是前天賣不掉的又拿出來賣,不知道積多久了
這兩天吃烤地瓜,也是一樣有用
.....(突然想到烤地瓜也有可能放好幾天才賣出)
總之,溫熱水和地瓜,推薦給你喔
