怎麼減到了肌肉..T^T - 健身

有看過精華區與置底文了
目前想要減脂增肌
因此選擇了一起床時就先做 HIIT練習
20秒高強度 10秒休息 重覆 40組 每8組 休息一分鐘 共25分鐘
每天早上都滿身大汗 洗澡後 再吃早餐
然後晚上再重覆一次 讓整天處於運動後 EPOC 狀態
飲食方面都控制在基代 1600大卡左右 分四餐吃
實行了十天 剛剛去量...體重少了0.3Kg 體脂多了0.3Kg 肌肉少了0.6Kg
昨天還出現低血壓 100 / 50 的狀況...
是訓練方法錯誤嗎? 還是要再吃多一點...? 還是...? T^T
