如題
因為上大學之後 變的蠻喜歡慢跑的
一開始大約是9~10km/hr的速度跑
一次都跑5~6公里
而最近慢慢改成大約維持12km/hr的速度持續跑5~6km
大約25~30分鐘
不知道慢跑的速度對於實際運動的效果有沒有差異呢
懇請板上大大給點意見
另外
有關於慢跑是鍛鍊全身的肌肉這種說法不知道算不算正確
也希望板上諸位能給點解答
