最近在用少吃加運動減肥
目標是7公斤!!
我要163 48!!!!!
一週三次跑步已經差不多一個月啦
大腿有明顯變細說::) 很開心
不過 背部的肉還是好多 有點虎背熊腰那樣 > <
穿針織較貼身的衣服看起來就好壯喔~
大家有什麼方好法可以受到背部的肉嗎?
擴胸運動還是什麼呢?
