怎麼練就是練不起來 - 健身

小弟我原本相當瘦小
所以前不久開始嚴格執行健身計畫
雖然我知道要持之以恆(努力做到)
可是至少要有一點成效了吧
尤其我在還沒去健身房前的一段時間
都有持續在做仰臥起坐、伏地挺身和拉單槓
可是怎麼好像沒什麼變化,最多就肉變緊實、肩膀變寬一點點點點
(不仔細看還發現不出來)
(也可能是心理作用)
我目前每天去健身房的課表是這樣
1. 跑步機速度8.5跑30分鐘 通常都有4公里
2.胸部推舉機 50kg/12下→60kg/12下→70kg/10下→70kg/8下
3.蝴蝶機 60kg/12下→70kg/10下→70kg/8下(最後幾下都是用力狂擠的)
4.腹部屈架器 70kg/12下→80kg/12下→90kg/10下→100kg/8下
5.高拉訓練機 (手臂和背部各是)60kg/12下→70kg/10下→80kg/8下
大概是這樣
以後還會依個人情況慢慢加重
請問板上的猛男們是花多久才練出一身肌肉的?
進度課表是什麼?
我這樣的進度有哪些地方需要加強?
目標是暮光新月的狼人身材.....哈
