怎麼讓體態0恢復到40 - 健身

今年年初 當兵體檢時,身高181 體重74 bmi. 22.5
本身有長跑,跑步,體態正在開始鍛鍊
只是開始在年初下雨走路時,整個人摔跤
左腳兩指頭撕裂加上甲床斷裂,右腳整個比左腳嚴重2-3倍
所以整個上半年幾乎都坐著(飲食也沒控制)
也沒有運動
整胖到88公斤 整個鮪魚肚出來,胸部微凸
8月份開始爬山復健,只是發現體力稍微退化一點,但是體重跟體態沒辦法控制
目前只想到重新分配跑步距離,跟重現配速,控制體重
只是目前不知道怎麼把肚子胸部縮下去
是要伏地+仰臥來調配?
還是要找教練來配菜單呢?
