最近在做背部訓練時
當重量上去時
比較感受不到背部的感覺
但實際上自己是可以做到的
例如:我的滑輪下拉8rm是46公斤,但我的感受度就較差,如果降到41公斤,做12下,又感
覺可以繼續做下去,就好像是41公斤不是我的12rm但46公斤又超過我的8rm了。
請問我該繼續做41公斤一段時間,或者做46公斤降次數呢?
