這是一個關於從小就胖的胖子瘦下來,復胖,再度減重10KG成功的故事。
我是個從小就大隻的胖子,升國中不久體重就突破60KG了,但身高一直停留在163上不去
,尤其骨架大,一直無法辦到一般女生的小鳥依人狀,只能大鳥被人依QQ
工作後,因為常忙到沒時間吃飯自然瘦下來,加上開始向營養師學習正確營養觀念,知道
我以前的肥胖大多是蛋白質嚴重缺乏的水腫,體重來到了52-54KG,並在這邊維持了很長
一段時間。
直到2年前,因為當時家人癌症化療不樂觀,加上面臨公司可能倒閉沒工作,雙重壓力下
,開始有了藉由亂吃紓壓的壞習慣,體重在去年8月攀升至巔峰65KG...,直到去年12月中
,沉睡已久的羞恥心終於醒了。
哪裡失敗就從哪裡站起來!!!
於是,開始自己手做便當取代外食,從去年12月中到今年8月快到底這8個多月時間,逐步
戒除靠吃紓壓的壞習慣,並在3個多月前加入固定運動,總共瘦了10KG (沒有對比照,因
為本人不上相不愛照,加上胖了更不喜歡)
主要飲食改變:手做便當約8個月,因為曾向營養師學過營養,
有特別注重食物挑選及蛋白質,蔬菜比例。
炸物方面,前4個月約每2.3周一次,每次誠品看書會被繼光香香雞蠱惑...
,最近4個月因為飲食控制更嚴謹,蔬菜跟好蛋白質吃多,
對炸物甜食慾望減少,這2個月都還沒吃過炸物,希望能持續下去。

運動:前3個月因為太久沒運動,一跑就腳痛,幾乎沒時麼運動,
今年3月開始1周跑3天,每次慢慢跑30分鐘(因為跑不快XD)
4月底加入重訓為主,有氧暫停3個月,每周重訓3天,
在社區型小健身房看別人怎麼做,和請朋友帶過一次後,
就自己練,每次時間約40-60分鐘。
連續重訓3個月後,最近是重訓有氧交替,每周運動3天。
心得 :減肥真的需要堅持,而且是自己本身運動和飲食習慣由心而生做改變後,
才能持續下去的活動。
一開始做運動,沒想到自己能堅持這麼久,而這8個多月的手做便當,
原本只是自己發在FB紀錄,意外地倍受朋友好評,
決定開始食譜分享在部落格及IG,給有需要的朋友們參考,
一起朝營養均衡健康飲食邁進~
